Diversification of the business of WeddigGarden Kamila Jelenković by launching new services targeted at residents and guests of the Pomeranian Voivodeship (REGION 1).
The following tasks are planned as part of the project:
Advice on developing a new business model and a strategy for diversifying the company's operations.
Thanks to expert support it will be possible to effectively
and sustainable implementation of new business solutions that respond to current trends and market demands. This will also enable more efficient resource management and reduced operating costs. Creating a new development strategy based on new, planned services will also be a key element.
Creation of a website for a new bicycle rental company.
The creation of a new website for the planned bike rental will contribute to increasing the availability of services, optimizing business processes and customer satisfaction by offering an intuitive
and attractive user interface
with the functionality of online bike reservations
with accessories.
Installation of a photovoltaic system, energy storage and heat pump.
Installing a photovoltaic system with energy storage and a heat pump will have a tangible financial and ecological impact on the company. These measures will significantly reduce electricity costs while ensuring power supply during power outages. Using a heat pump will reduce atmospheric emissions and ensure optimal living conditions and thermal comfort in the building.
Purchase of electric bikes and other fixed assets used to run a bike rental business.
The purchase of women's and men's electric bikes, as well as a bike for people with disabilities, will also include trailers for transporting children and dogs, child bike seats, bike lock sets, and GPS devices. This equipment will enable the creation of a new bike rental service, which, through the introduction of electric bikes, will expand the potential customer base to include people with reduced physical abilities. Additional equipment, such as bike trailers and seats, will create a service aimed at entire families. Security systems, including locks and a GPS system, will increase equipment safety while also enabling monitoring of equipment use and rental management.
Purchase of a swimming pool for recreational activities.
The purchase of a counter-current swimming pool was planned as a strategic investment that will enhance the attractiveness of the offer. This solution will enable the introduction of new services – counter-current swimming as a recreational and sports training option, and relaxation using the jacuzzi and hydromassage functions for biological regeneration. These initiatives will significantly increase the attractiveness of the offer.
The aim of the project is increasing the company's resilience to crisis situations, diversifying revenue sources and expanding the group of service recipients
and the products offered by the company. The target group of the project will be residents of the region and tourists seeking both active and recreational stays in the Pomeranian Voivodeship and Słowiński National Park.
The value of the project is: PLN 737,113.17
Funding from the European Union under the National Reconstruction Plan amounts to: PLN 539,351.10
